Overview

Monica Mobasser is an experienced associate attorney at the New York City office of WSHB. Monica’s practice focuses on construction defects and property damage cases.

Monica earned her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health.

Prior to joining WSHB, Monica litigated a wide array of matters involving design professionals in property and casualty claim disputes, professional liability, medical malpractice and personal injury.

In addition to her legal expertise, Monica is fluent in Farsi and conversational in Hebrew, Spanish, and American Sign Language, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse clientele.

Monica is licensed to practice law in the state of New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
