Overview

Melissa Iannantuano is a partner in WSHB's Las Vegas office, where she is recognized for her expertise in complex construction litigation, catastrophic injury and accident matters, insurance coverage disputes, and related high-stakes issues. Melissa brings a comprehensive approach to risk management and litigation, skillfully guiding clients from pre-litigation strategy and investigation through discovery and to resolution, whether by favorable settlement or at trial. She is known for her clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and for developing innovative strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Before establishing her distinguished civil litigation practice, Melissa provided immigration legal counsel to businesses recruiting foreign talent and to international athletes competing in the United States. This early experience sharpened her ability to navigate complex legal and procedural challenges for clients across a wide range of industries and backgrounds.

Melissa earned her B.S. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and her J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.

Outside of her legal practice, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and dog, exploring the outdoors, painting, traveling, and cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights and Oregon Ducks football team.
