Marline Paul is a senior associate attorney in WSHB's New York City office. She specializes in defending complex construction matters, New York Labor Law, and premises liability claims. Marline has extensive experience in handling all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation.

Before joining WSHB, Marline gained invaluable experience in New York Labor Law, medical malpractice, property defects, and premises liability matters. Her legal career began as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx, handling misdemeanor and felony cases. This role strengthened her courtroom skills and refined her written legal expertise.

Marline earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. During law school, she honed her legal skills as a student attorney in the Community Justice Clinic. Marline is licensed to practice law in New York and brings a comprehensive and robust background to her role at WSHB.
