Overview

Marjorie "Marjie" Kratsas is a partner in WSHB's Las Vegas and Reno offices. Her practice is primarily focused on representing healthcare entities and individual license holders. A significant part of her work involves defending practitioners in front of medical boards and credentialing committees. Apart from her healthcare litigation practice, Marjie also handles cases involving complex torts, civil sexual assault, product liability, and negligent security.

With a background as a paramedic, Marjie's passion for healthcare runs deep. Her first-hand knowledge of advanced medicine equips her with the ability to navigate complex medical records and evaluate cases from the provider's standpoint, providing invaluable insight to firm clients. This real-life experience allows her to adeptly handle critical issues, identify appropriate experts, and prepare articulate and detailed briefs and oral arguments in support of our clients.
