Margaret “Maggy” Mazlin is a seasoned trial attorney who handles all aspects of complex tort litigation from initial case evaluation, through discovery, settlement via personal negotiation as well as private dispute resolution, trial and appeal. She enjoys a solid reputation for her trial skills and is considered one of the “go to” trial lawyers throughout the State of New York based on her courtroom success. Strategic, analytical and personable, Maggy brings a wealth of knowledge to each case that she handles.

Maggy has a broad range of experience defending clients in cases arising out of construction site, premises, recreational activity and motor vehicle accidents. She has represented several major utility companies, municipalities, landlords, construction companies, recreational facilities and a host of other business entities. Maggy handles cases in all five boroughs of New York City as well as Nassau and Suffolk Counties. She is licensed to practice law in New York State as well as the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Southern Districts. She speaks Russian.
