Overview
Kyle Karpinski is an experienced associate attorney based in the Chicago office of WSHB. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, particularly in the area of medical malpractice defense. Additionally, he has a strong background in general negligence, premises liability, and long-term care cases.
Kyle earned his law degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Law School. During his time in law school, he completed an externship with Justice Cunningham of the Illinois Supreme Court. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Belmont Abbey College, where he was a member of the Men's Division II Wrestling Team and served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee as a liaison to the NCAA.
