Overview

Kiersten I. Ginkel is an associate attorney at WSHB's Knoxville office whose practice focuses on insurance coverage.

Ms. Ginkel earned her law degree from Lincoln Memorial University School of Law, where she participated in the accelerated program and graduated cum laude. While in law school, she was a member of the Federalist Society, where she was one of three students selected to help establish the society's first academic journal. She was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in her Constitutional Law and International Terrorism courses. Additionally, Ms. Ginkel externed with Judge Ailor in Circuit Court Division II, gaining valuable experience in civil litigation, including cases involving medical malpractice and insurance coverage disputes.

She obtained her undergraduate degree from Biola University, majoring in Political Science with a minor in Theology.

Ms. Ginkel is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association.
