Overview

Kevin Metten is a senior associate attorney in WSHB’s Orange County, California, office. He expertly handles all facets of complex civil litigation, including construction defects and general liability.

Kevin graduated from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While in law school, he ranked in the top 30% of his class and received the CALI Award (highest grade) in Real Estate Transactions. His previous experience includes serving as a law clerk and then as an associate for a law firm where he collaborated and built relationships with clients to help them reach their desired outcomes cost-effectively and efficiently. Kevin negotiated cases involving work injuries and worked in tandem with insurance adjustors to obtain favorable litigation results and settlements.

He earned his undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from Chapman University. Kevin enjoys rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, and bowling when not actively defending firm clients.
