Overview

Keith Haskins is a partner in the Orange County office of WSHB, where he draws on more than 30 years of legal experience to defend developers, general contractors, and subcontractors across a wide range of trades in construction defect litigation. His practice reflects a deep understanding of the construction industry and the issues that arise at every stage of a project.

In addition to his litigation work, Keith advises general contractors on the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, helping clients manage risk before a dispute arises. When conflicts do occur, he guides clients through pre-litigation resolution efforts aimed at achieving practical, cost-effective outcomes.

Keith also has extensive experience in general civil litigation defense, including premises liability, products liability, and employment practices liability. Clients value his ability to combine sound strategic judgment with a thorough command of the facts and issues in each matter.

He earned his B.A. and M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
