Overview

Hugo Hernandez is a Senior Associate attorney at WSHB’s Las Vegas office. Admitted to practice in 2020, Hugo specializes in general liability and medical malpractice defense. Hugo is licensed to practice in the Nevada State Court, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

An alumnus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law, Hugo served within several student organizations throughout his academic career. Notably, he served as Notes Editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal; Regional President for the Hispanic National Bar Association, Law Student Division; and as his cohort’s part-time student representative within the Student Bar Association. Upon graduation, Hugo received the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law Dean’s Award, recognizing outstanding contributions and achievements within the law school community.
