Overview

Gary Stewart II is an associate attorney at WSHB's New Jersey office, where he represents clients in complex civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining WSHB, Mr. Stewart acquired significant experience representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.

Mr. Stewart earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School. During law school, he served as Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society and was an active member of the Black Law Student Association and the Employment Law Society. He also completed a clerkship with the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, where he conducted extensive legal research and contributed to the development of trial strategy.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Stewart enjoys basketball, fitness, fishing, trying new recipes, and volunteering at community events.
