Erin Hemme is senior counsel at WSHB’s New York City office, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has extensive experience handling high-stakes matters, including New York labor law, general liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle claims.

Clients benefit from her representation at all stages of litigation, from initial investigation and discovery through trial preparation and resolution. Adept at managing motions, depositions, mediations, status conferences, pre-trial conferences, and settlement negotiations, she is recognized for thorough legal research, persuasive motion practice, and detailed analysis of insurance coverage issues.

Erin earned her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, where she was a semi-finalist in the 3L Senior Prize Trial Moot Court Competition and the Donna Jo Morse Client Counseling. She received her B.S.L.S. from Quinnipiac University, graduating cum laude.
