An Atlanta native, Daniel earned his B.A. in Political Science from Georgia College and State University and his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law. During law school, he gained practical legal experience as a law clerk for an insurance law firm and provided pro bono service in the school's Health Law Clinic, strengthening his client advocacy and litigation skills.

Daniel is licensed in both Georgia and Tennessee. Outside of the office, he enjoys running, playing music, and golfing.
