Overview

Cyndi Lalanne is a senior associate at WSHB's New York office specializing in complex civil litigation, including New York Labor Law and premises liability. She has experience representing businesses, insurance companies, contractors, property owners, and developers at all stages of litigation. Additionally, she has worked on transportation cases, Child Victim Act, and Adult Survivor Act cases. Cyndi practices law in both New York state and federal courts and prioritizes a client-first approach.

Cyndi is a graduate of Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While there, she was an editor of the university’s Journal of Race, Gender, and Ethnicity and a Trial Advocacy and Practice Society member. Cyndi also was vice president and student advocate for the Unemployment Action Center. There, she assisted individuals with unemployment legal issues, including qualifications and payments. In addition to her law degree, Cyndi earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Long Island University Post and her undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from St. John's University.

Outside of litigation, Cyndi enjoys art and fashion. She is also an active community member who participates annually in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Light the Night Walk.
