Overview

Clay Goris is a senior associate in the firm’s Raleigh office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation throughout the state of North Carolina. Clay's particularly well-versed with matters pertaining to employment, transportation, and product liability.

He graduated from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill School of Law, where he gained litigation experience during law school handling matters for the Youth Justice Clinic and through externships with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. Clay earned his undergraduate degree in criminal justice with a minor in philosophy from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. As an undergrad, Clay was a Division 1 student-athlete on Rutgers Men’s Lacrosse team.
