Overview

Brianda Herrera is a senior associate attorney with the El Segundo office of WSHB, where she handles complex professional liability matters. Ms. Herrera takes joy in law and motion practice. She has successfully drafted and won multiple summary judgment motions and demurrers on behalf of medical providers and professionals alike. She has also taken the lead in preparing complex mediation briefs.

Ms. Herrera is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is authorized to appear before the Central District of California. She obtained her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and has a B.A. in History and Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego. Upon graduating from law school, she had the privilege of being a Post-Graduate Fellow with the American Board of Trial Advocates, where she learned deposition and trial strategy from leading trial attorneys. Brianda is fluent in Spanish and enjoys employing her language skills whenever the opportunity arises.

Outside of the office, Ms. Herrera enjoys attending outdoor concerts, art museums, and trying new coffee shops.
