Overview

Brian Hartley is senior counsel in WSHB's Orlando office. He has extensive experience representing insurance companies and insureds, including trucking companies. His experience includes all aspects of personal and catastrophic injury, as well as property damage issues.

Brian was born in Naples, Florida but has lived in the Orlando-area since the early 2000s. He attended college at the University of Central Florida and earned his B.A. in History along with a minor in Russian Studies. He then attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law and upon receiving his J.D., worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida. There, he gained invaluable trial and courtroom experience prosecuting crimes ranging from DUI’s and misdemeanors to felonies.

Outside of the office, he is a zealous sports fan who rarely misses a Pittsburgh Penguins, Penn State football, or Tampa Bay Buccaneers game.
