Overview

Based in WSHB's Dallas office, Bailey Ross serves as a senior associate attorney. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and has experience handling complex civil litigation—from catastrophic injury and wrongful death to product liability and construction defect claims—guiding cases from inception to resolution.

Bailey’s previous experience includes serving as a litigation associate at a Denver-based firm, representing lenders, creditors, private investors, mortgage servicers, builders, contractors, and property owners in Colorado and federal courts. In addition, she gained experience at a boutique civil litigation firm focused on high-stakes trials and appeals.

Prior to entering private practice, she was a legal intern for Justice Richard Gabriel at the Colorado Supreme Court and for Judge Christine M. Arguello at the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Bailey earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as senior editor of the Race to the Bottom blog and as an honor board representative. In addition to her legal education, she holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from Tarleton State University.
