Overview
Andrew Yatkman is a senior associate attorney at WSHB's office in Orlando, Florida. He specializes in construction law, representing architects, engineers, property owners, and general contractors. Andrew regularly assists clients with a variety of issues, including design defect claims, payment disputes, lien and payment bond claims, contract disputes, subcontractor defaults, and scheduling disagreements.
Before becoming an attorney, Andrew spent over 15 years as the Principal of Operations for a construction and roofing company. During that time, he was involved in building, renovating, and designing interiors for commercial and residential projects throughout Florida. He is also a Licensed Florida Contractor and a Licensed Florida Roofing Contractor.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys traveling with his family, playing golf, and participating in agility training with his Border Collie, Major.
