Overview

Alfredo "Freddy" Montemayor III is a senior associate attorney at WSHB's Houston, Texas office. He has extensive experience handling complex matters involving construction defects, transportation, retail and hospitality, general liability (including personal injury and premises liability), and first-party wind and hail claims.

Freddy earned his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He is fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice law in Texas, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.

Outside of the office, Freddy enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with his Australian Shepherds.
