For most of his career, Dunn has specialized in commercial litigation, environmental remediation, professional liability, premises liability, personal injury, construction, refinery accidents, trucking, and employment and labor law. He is admitted to practice in Texas, as well as the U.S, District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
