Her background includes managing a high-volume litigation practice involving hundreds of small to medium-sized matters simultaneously, while also serving as lead counsel in complex, high-exposure cases.

She also brings substantial experience in first-party insurance litigation and has a deep understanding of the strategic and evidentiary challenges unique to high-stakes injury cases. Prior to joining the firm, Fortinberry also defended civil RICO actions throughout New York, further highlighting her breadth of experience in complex, multi-faceted litigation involving sophisticated legal and factual issues.
