A highly experienced, results-driven attorney and former judge, Tewell brings over three decades of legal experience, including 16 distinguished years on the bench and 13 years in private practice, strengthening the firm's growing presence in Nevada and Texas.
Tewell represents a diverse clientele in high-stakes civil cases, including those involving medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, mass torts, wrongful death, and complex liability. Her proven record in navigating large-loss exposures and intricate disputes distinguishes her as a trusted advocate in the legal community.
Tewell is also widely recognized for her courtroom expertise, sophisticated negotiation skills, and strategic advocacy in civil litigation involving catastrophic loss, serious injury, mass torts, and wrongful death. Most recently, she has successfully litigated and resolved numerous serious injury and wrongful death cases, including auto accidents, premises liability actions, and complex multi-party disputes. Her track record includes achieving favorable settlements in several multi-million-dollar matters, consistently delivering efficient, decisive, client-focused results.
