Thomas began her career as a paralegal in Detroit, Michigan, at one of the state's largest insurance defense firms. After law school, she moved to southern Nevada focusing her practice on defending healthcare providers in medical negligence litigation. Her career has also included representing individuals in high-stakes personal injury litigation, which provided her with valuable insights into the plaintiff attorney mindset. Returning to the defense side of things, she has since dedicated her practice to standing up for the interests of her healthcare provider clients before licensing boards as well as the court.
