Borsutzki is well regarded for her success representing clients in high stake litigation.  A skilled negotiator, she excels in handling difficult mediation and settlement negotiations across a wide spectrum of matters, including catastrophic injury, products liability, toxic tort, subrogation and medical malpractice issues. She has drafted and argued dispositive motions on some of the most technical issues, and consistently achieves results through curated case strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and risk profile.

Licensed to practice law in both California and Germany, Borsutzki is fluent in English and German. Before establishing her legal career in California, she spent three years litigating complex civil matters in Germany. She then represented German and American clients located in the United States as a German counsel for seven years at an international law firm while studying for the California State Bar.  This international foundation gives her clients a distinct advantage when navigating cross-border disputes or cases with culturally nuanced dynamics.
