Requirements:

    • You must be admitted in Pennsylvania – no exceptions. Those that are still in law school and/or have not yet taken the bar exam need not apply
    • Experience in handling complex discovery, law and motion, and status and evaluation reporting, as well as taking depositions are a must
    • Litigation and arbitration experience is required, with trial experience a plus
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong client relationship skills
    • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
    • Functions effectively as part of a team while having a professional and pleasant demeanor
    • Ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere
