Mr. McDermott has litigated numerous cases at the state and federal level involving complex construction issues, which includes payment disputes, delay damages, design professional liability, architect and engineering professional liability, on-site injuries, workplace regulations, construction defects, prevailing wage claims, and construction quality issues.
