Overview

Clay Goris is a partner in the Raleigh, North Carolina and Richmond, Virginia offices of WSHB. His legal expertise lies in complex civil litigation throughout North Carolina and Virginia. His diverse range of legal knowledge includes employment, professional liability, transportation, and product liability litigation.

Clay graduated from the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill School of Law, where he gained extensive litigation experience handling matters for the Youth Justice Clinic and through externships with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. Previously, Clay earned his undergraduate degree in criminal justice with a minor in philosophy from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. As an undergrad, he was a Division 1 student-athlete on the Rutgers Men’s Lacrosse team.
