Litigator and cybersecurity attorney Christopher Seusing is the newest partner to join WSHB’s New York office. Well known for his impressive experience as a commercial and complex litigation attorney, Seusing is also nationally sought after for his expertise in cybersecurity, e-Discovery and information governance.

“Chris is an exceptional addition to our highly respected commercial litigation, professional liability, and employment practices,” said Stewart Reid, Firmwide Managing Partner. “Chris is an extremely talented litigator and his addition to WSHB will also bolster the practices and quality services we provide our clients with respect to cybersecurity and data privacy. Chris joins a multi-disciplinary team at WSHB which helps clients navigate this evolving area of the law, from risk assessment to insurance coverage and breach response.”

Seusing’s broad experience includes representation of companies and professionals in complex litigation matters around the country, and counseling clients on responding to data breach incidents and regulatory inquiries. He drafts information management policies and procedures in compliance with privacy regulations, coordinates domestic and international collections of terabytes of data, trains and monitors forensic and document review teams, and collaborates with case teams to implement cost-effective processes using state-of-the-art litigation tools, including analytics and technology-assisted review.

Seusing is also a member of WSHB’s Rapid Response team, working onsite at catastrophic events to help ensure that evidence is preserved and effectively gathered for use in potential claims and litigation.

Seusing has repeatedly been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Massachusetts Super Lawyers. Seusing graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and Vice President of the Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy. He received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Stonehill College.
