WSHB leads by example. In 2021, WSHB was honored to be recognized again as one of the top 10 law firms in the nation for diversity on the American Lawyer's Diversity Scorecard. The 2021 scorecard ranked AmLaw 200 and National Law Journal 250 law firms based on the average number of full-time equivalent minority attorneys- Asian-American, Black, Latino, or Hispanic, Native American, and self-described, multi-racial attorneys. We are dedicated to promoting and expanding diversity in our workforce across all practice areas.

Our firm has empowered a National Diversity Task Force comprised of WSHB thought leaders who discuss and develop strategies for recruiting, retaining and promoting diverse attorneys, and establishing a supportive law firm environment where all attorneys can thrive. In addition, WSHB has implemented mentoring and training programs to support the development of diverse talent. We actively partner with law schools, firm clients and industry organizations across the country to further mutual diversity objectives.
