Overview

Riley Carter is a senior associate in WSHB's New Orleans office. He enjoys experience in a wide array of complex civil litigation matters.

Riley earned Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Managerial Finance and Banking, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Mississippi. He earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane with a certificate in Civil Law. While at Tulane, Riley earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Criminal Procedure: Adjudication and Common Law Property.

He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association. Riley is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and Federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
