Bolam Kim is a senior associate in WSHB’s New York office. She is experienced in counseling businesses on corporate issues and employment law matters. She has also managed complex real estate transactions totaling multi-millions, and worked with both sellers and purchasers to negotiate and draft contracts for the purchase or sale of residential or commercial property. In addition, Bolam has a wide variety of litigation experience and has represented clients in breach of contract disputes, defense of catastrophic injury actions, real property issues, insurance coverage, and employment discrimination matters.
Bolam received her Juris Doctor with a Tax Studies Certificate from University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Connecticut Law Review, the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and the Secretary of the Corporate & Securities Law Society. During law school, Bolam was part of the Tax Clinic where she represented low-income taxpayers, helping them achieve a favorable resolution to their federal tax liabilities.
Bolam is fluent in Korean.
