Dennis Baier is a partner in the Glendale, California, office of WSHB, specializing in professional liability, public entity defense, and general civil liability matters. He has extensive experience in professional liability cases, representing architects and design professionals under errors and omissions (E&O) policies in complex, multi-party construction defect litigation.

In the public entity sector, Dennis has successfully tried cases involving the County of Los Angeles Probation Department and Sheriff's Department. He has also represented the County of Los Angeles Parks & Recreation, Department of Public Works, Department of Children and Family Services, and the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles. His expertise covers all specialized stages of public entity litigation, including civil rights lawsuits.

Additionally, Dennis routinely defends businesses, property owners, and individuals in a wide variety of claims resulting in catastrophic injuries and fatalities. He also has significant experience in toxic tort cases and landlord-tenant habitability claims.
