Overview
Victoria Tabari is an associate attorney at WSHB’s Boca Raton office, where she provides strategic legal counsel across a broad spectrum of general liability matters, including complex tort and casualty claims, automobile negligence, premises liability, and commercial litigation.
Before joining the firm, Victoria served as an Assistant Public Defender for Florida’s Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. In that role, she managed a high-volume caseload and represented clients through all phases of litigation. She participated in six jury trials, serving as first chair in four, and developed strong trial advocacy skills, strategic litigation experience, and the ability to analyze complex legal issues effectively under pressure.
Victoria received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. She holds a double major in Political Science and Public Administration, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Miami.
