Overview
Venessa Marston is a senior associate in WSHB's New York City office. She is a dedicated and results-oriented attorney experienced in civil, construction, and business litigation. In her practice with the firm, she focuses on labor law and insurance coverage before New York State and New Jersey Courts.
Venessa earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she was a Clearing Corporation Foundation Scholar and a recipient of the Philip M. Damashek Scholarship and the Alumni Association Scholarship. While in law school, she served as a member of the Center for Business and Financial Law, Moot Court Association, and Black Law Student Association. Venessa earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Barry University, where she participated in the Phi Alpha Delta Pre Law Fraternity, Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority, and Black Student Association
