Tracie Jefcik is a senior associate in WSHB’s Las Vegas office, focusing her practice on complex civil litigation. Tracie has experience in all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, arbitration, mediation, trial, and appellate practice. She is an active member of the Nevada State Bar and has represented clients in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court.

Tracie graduated cum laude from William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, she served as executive editor of the Nevada Law Journal and as a Student Bar Association representative. Tracie received CALI awards in Business Organizations and Psychology & Lawyering. She also worked in connection with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, instructing individuals on the sealing criminal records process. Additionally, Tracie interned at the Norfolk Circuit Court in Norfolk, Virginia. As a judicial intern, she researched and co-authored a publication in the Virginia Lawyer, identifying the benefits of specialty courts on the criminal and judicial systems.

Before law school, Tracie attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport, where she received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Social Sciences.
