Stephen Choi is an associate attorney in the firm's White Plains office. He focuses his practice on professional liability claims, including insurance agents and brokers defense, legal malpractice, medical professionals malpractice, and other miscellaneous/specialty professionals. Stephen also handles employment practices liability and is experienced in defending employers in the full spectrum of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, FEHA, and wrongful discharge claims.
Stephen is admitted to practice law in both New York and Pennsylvania. He is a double eagle, having graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with departmental honors, and having returned to Boston College for his Juris Doctor. As an undergrad, Stephen studied abroad in Beijing China as a Boren Scholar. Upon return and graduation, he joined the Peace Corps.
His previous experience includes working for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office during the onset of the pandemic.
