Overview
Sean Shoolbraid is a senior associate in WSHB's New Jersey office. His practice focuses on professional liability, products liability, transportation, construction, and complex civil litigation. He is also adept in handling insurance coverage matters.
Sean attended Rutgers School of Law-Newark on a merit scholarship, obtaining his law degree in 2017. While at Rutgers, Sean served as Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Society and Vice President of External Affairs to the Finance and Business Law Society. In addition, Sean served externships with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and the Rutgers Office of the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, where he worked on issues related to whistleblower and employment litigation.
Following law school, Sean served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Daniel M. Yablonsky, Passaic County Superior Court Family Division.
