Overview
Richard Ramu is a senior associate in WSHB’s Boca Raton office handling complex coverage and commercial litigation matters.
A Florida native, Mr. Ramu received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida State University. While there, he made the Dean’s list on multiple semesters and completed his degree in only two years. He went on to pursue his law degree at the University of Missouri School of Law, where he also achieved Dean’s list, before returning to Florida for his last year of law school to attend Florida International University as a visiting law student. During his academic career, Mr. Ramu earned multiple scholarships and participated in Big Brothers Big Sisters, where he was recognized for his outstanding community service. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ramu gained invaluable litigation experience as an associate for two of Florida’s largest defense firms and in law school as an intern for the 17th Judicial Circuit of Broward County.
In his practice, Mr. Ramu strives to provide consistent and responsive advice to firm clients. He attempts to offer strategies and innovative solutions to meet our clients’ objectives. This passionate and individualized approach fosters a beneficial attorney-client relationship.
Mr. Ramu is a member of the Broward County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. When not practicing law, Richard enjoys playing golf and boating off the Atlantic Coast.
