Overview

Rebecca Malaney is an associate attorney in the Dallas office of WSHB, where she represents firm clients in all phases of complex civil litigation. Licensed to practice in Texas, Rebecca focuses her practice on the defense of personal injury and construction defect matters. She has a strong background in motion practice, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and has served as second chair in multiple trials.

Rebecca earned her J.D. from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental and Earth Law Journal and as a Dean's Study Fellow. She graduated from the University of Georgia, earning degrees in Economics and International Affairs.
