Overview
Rachel Post is an associate attorney based in WSHB's Dallas, Texas office, where she handles all facets of complex civil litigation.
Rachel is a graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law. During her time at law school, she competed in the Mack Kidd Moot Court Competition and served as an assistant managing editor of the International Law Review Association. She also dedicated two semesters to pro bono work with the Child Advocacy Clinic, where she advocated for children in the care of the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a guardian ad litem.
Ms. Post's previous experience includes working with counsel at various federal agencies, including Immigration & Customs Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, while in law school. After graduating from law school, Rachel focused her practice exclusively on the litigation of elder abuse and neglect cases.
