Phil Bennett is an accomplished trial attorney with over four decades of experience representing insured clients throughout Oregon in complex liability cases. Recognized for his exceptional litigation skills and unwavering commitment to client advocacy, Phil's practice spans the full spectrum of personal injury litigation, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and sexual abuse lawsuits. His expertise extends to defending challenging claims involving premises liability, product liability, motor vehicle and boating accidents, transportation, construction, medical malpractice, and general negligence, routinely securing favorable results for his clients.

Over the course of his distinguished career, Phil has served as lead counsel in more than 100 jury trials. At WSHB, Phil is Senior Counsel in the  Portland, Oregon office.
