Nikolay Kogan is an associate based in the firm’s Los Angeles office handling a wide range of employment issues throughout the state. He enjoys results negotiating resolution in matters involving harassment in the workplace, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, meal and rest break violations, and wrongful termination. Nikolay also enjoys experience from his prior firm where he handled a broad array of personal and premises matters on behalf of plaintiffs, giving him a unique perspective and insight on strategy which he employs in all facets of litigation.
Nikolay earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School, where he focused on entertainment, media, and intellectual property law. He received his undergraduate degree in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
