Overview
Nathan Andersen is an associate in WSHB’s San Diego Office. His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on business defense, construction, employment, landlord-tenant law, and general tort litigation.
Nathan’s technical research skills paired with his perceptiveness and personability make him a commanding force in the courtroom, depositions, and settlement negotiations. Before joining WSHB, Nathan gained valuable experience in civil litigation and public entity defense. Additionally, he has dedicated over 1,000 hours of community service combined to the following organizations: San Diego City Attorney’s Office, Legal Aid Society, Clean Slate Clinic, and Elder Law & Advocacy. This time spent provided him with invaluable experience in the San Diego Superior Court second chairing trials, arguing motions, appearing on hearings, assisting victims of domestic violence, elder abuse, and aiding in unlawful detainer matters. When not working, Nathan enjoys playing soccer, surfing, and snowboarding.
