Natalie Kaiser is senior counsel in WSHB’s New York City office, where she delivers strategic representation in product liability defense, mass tort litigation, commercial litigation, and general liability matters. Natalie has a proven track record of successfully defending Fortune 500 companies at trial, representing clients that include global technology innovators and major national distributors.

She is deeply involved in all stages of litigation, from managing complex discovery and depositions to drafting and arguing motions and preparing for trial. Natalie is highly regarded for her ability to achieve favorable settlements and for her clear communication, unwavering professionalism, and collaborative relationships with clients, co-counsel, and adversaries. Her motion practice accomplishments include securing dismissals of punitive damages on summary judgment.

Natalie’s legal career began at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted and tried complex felony cases to verdict. Since transitioning to private practice in 2018, she has dedicated her practice to product liability and complex civil litigation.

Natalie earned both her Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Virginia.
