Overview
Michael Liles practice includes handling complex civil litigation including professional liability, construction and business litigation. Based in WSHB’s Northern California office, Michael brings to each matter a wealth of experience navigating all aspects of litigation, giving him strategic insight which translates to results for the clients he represents. In addition, he enjoys experience handling corporate compliance and transactions, real property and technology transactions, and GDPR/CCPA compliance.
He received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While there, Michael provided invaluable services to incubator startups through his involvement in the Entrepreneurship Legal Practicum. He also served on the Journal of Technology Law & Policy’s Executive Board and competed nationally with the Tax Moot Court. Michael received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in Astronomy, from the University of South Florida.
