Overview

Megan is sought out for her expertise in handling all facets of coverage issues. She brings to each matter attention to detail juxtaposed with experience gained in her prior tenure as a plaintiff lawyer. Taken together, her understanding of procedural issues coupled with a depth of understanding of policy language makes her a go-to lawyer for complex insurance issues nationally.

In addition to her coverage practice, she enjoys keeping her litigation skills razor sharp handling complex tort and casualty matters.

Megan is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminology from the University of Florida, where she graduated cum laude.

A Tampa native, Megan is an active volunteer with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Suncoast Chapter, where she’s proud to serve on this year’s Tampa’s Light the Night Young Professional Leadership Counsel. Megan is fluent in American Sign Language.
