Overview

Mayra Hernandez is an associate in WSHB’s Rancho Cucamonga office, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation.

She is a graduate of the University of La Verne College of Law. While there, Mayra served as editor of the Journal of Law, Business & Ethics, the director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, and the founding promoter of the Spanish for Lawyers course. As part of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team she competed at the 18th annual INADR International Law School Mediation Tournament which was held in Athens, Greece. They went on to receive the First Place Mediation Team Award and she was personally recognized with an Eighth Place Individual Mediator Award. As a law student, she was also the recipient of the Student of Distinction award in 2019.

Mayra attended the University of California, Merced where she graduated with a major in Political Science and two minors: Sociology and Spanish. Mayra is a native Spanish speaker.
