Overview
Matthew Conley is a senior associate at WSHB’s Thousand Oaks office. Matthew is known for his widespread litigation experience in complex civil and criminal matters. He uses his extensive knowledge and creative problem-solving abilities to address and solve the unique issues presented in each of his cases. Matthew has a diverse practice which includes transportation, catastrophic injury, product liability, premises liability, property damage, and construction. He strives to communicate and understand the goals of our clients in pursuit of delivering an excellent experience and exceptional results. Matthew handles all stages of litigation, from responding to initial pleadings through trial or arbitration. He has participated in dozens of jury trials and consistently obtains favorable results through negotiation, motions for summary judgment, trial, and arbitration.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the Washburn University of Law, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors. While in law school, he obtained a student practice license and represented indigent clients in his community. Matthew also actively participated in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas. While an undergrad, he served as a congressional intern in Washington, D.C.
Matthew grew up in Kansas City and currently resides in Studio City.
