Overview
Matthew Bowman is an associate in WSHB’s Los Angeles office, where he focuses on the defense of healthcare professionals, commercial entities, and individual clients in complex civil litigation matters. He brings a diligent and thorough approach to each case.
Matthew’s practice encompasses the defense of hospitals, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice and professional liability matters, as well as premises liability and general liability defense.
Prior to joining WSHB, he gained experience at a defense litigation firm, where he represented healthcare systems, physicians, and commercial entities across a broad range of civil litigation matters.
He received his J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. Matthew is admitted to practice in California.
Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and following the Dodgers, UCLA athletics, and Tottenham Hotspur FC.
